WHAT YOU
NEED
thermo-shaping film by "Runer arte & hobby s.r.l." (at the moment is possible to buy it only in Italy, but if you contact them maybe they can help you some way) paper handkerchieves paper handkerchieves glue scissors a little candle a flat paint brush a hot glue pistol (I really don't know how to translate it!) chisels and tweezers (optional) an object to decorate (glass is perfect)
WARNING: work in a not-ventilated space, far from fabric or inflammable materials. Babies and curios animals around home are strictly forbidden!
HOW TO PROCEED |

|
separate the paper handkerchieves veils from the handkerchieves, throwing away those that aren't printed |

|
cut without much precision the outlines of the desidered subjetcs (I suggest flowers to begin) |

|
lean the cut-out upon the thermo-shaping film, and past them passing the glue with the flat paint brush. Be careful not to make folds or bubbles, and not to lacerate paper. Let it dry for at least two hours |

cut with precision the outlines, separating but not disjoining the petals from the flower's corolla |

|
light up the candle and pass over, at a certain distance, the cutting obteined before, to heaten and soften it. It's possible to heaten both sides indifferently
Caution: burning danger! For small pieces is better to use tweezers. Be careful even not to burn the piece going too much near the flame: is better to wait a second more at a safety distance that to risk a disaster!

move away from the flame and model, with fingers or a chisel, giving movement to leaves and petals, gtrying to imitate the Nature (that means, don't twirl too much the leaves)
Caution; pieces cool down rapidly, we must work on it fast to model it. If you don't like the shape it's taking, heaten it again e try one more time |

when pieces are modeled in a satisfying shape, past them together and on the object to decorate with the hot glue pistol
Caution; pieces have two sides, one glossy, the other opaque. To create a harmonious effect, past them together on the same side (I suggest the opaque one, it will seem a more natural effect)
